Purchases:

Unless specified otherwise purchaser will receive the original handmade painting. Details of the paintings are on the website. If you need additional information, please contact the seller via e-mail.

Artwork will be shipped within 10 days from receipt of order and payment.

Shipping:

Seller will pay shipping charges and insurance for sales within the USA.

Shipping and Insurance charges for out of USA sales will be added to the total price of the artwork. Contact seller for additional information.

Damage in shipping - purchaser should inspect artwork immnediately upon arrival. If there is damage purchaser must contact the seller for insurance information and then contact the carrier for payment of claim. Seller will not be responsible for damages and will not accept return of the artwork

Refund Policy:

Artwork may be returned within 2 weeks from receipt. To return artwork purchaser must first contact seller via our contact form. Then properly package and insure your return (seller is not responsible for shipping loss or damage). Purchaser is responsile for return shipping costs and insurance. Upon receipt seller will refund the purchase price less original cost of shipping, insurance and Paypal fees. The artwork must be returned in it's original resalable condition.
